| Ordering Information: Orders may be placed online using our shopping cart. We accept payment by PayPal. If you prefer not to order online, you may print out our order form and mail it us to. We accept checks and money orders. If paying by personal check, your items will be held until the check clears. We charge a $25.00 fee on all returned checks. Shipping Information: Most of our dresses are "in-stock" however some are made when ordered. Each dress is made by hand so please allow for 2-3 weeks for construction of your dress and shipping. If you are ordering a dress for a competition or test event, please place your order at LEAST 4 weeks in advance. Customers ordering competition or test event dresses are given top priority. Dresses are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We water-proof padded packaging to ensure your dress arrives in perfect condition. Insurance and delivery confirmation is required on all competitive dresses. Shipping and packaging fees are: In the US: $9.00 standard fee. Rush delivery available. Delivery time once your dress is in the mail is generally 7-14 days. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the time of year. Returns/Exchanges: We guarantee our dresses are made with the highest quality materials and workmanship. We sincerely hope you are pleased with you Dreams Skatewear Dress. UNWASHED, UNWORN non- customized dresses with the original tags intact can be returned for a full refund, store credit, or exchange within seven (7) business days of the invoice purchase date. Worn dresses are NOT returnable! If the dress you ordered does not fit, please do not wear it. Sizes: Our dresses are available in stock sizes Youth 6-8-10 and Adult S/Youth 12, Adult M/Youth 14, Adult L and Adult XL.
